Wine helps.
They are flat on the ground.
They weigh you down.
Deep breath.
Release your chest.
You are constricted and tense.
Set down your armor, it will never all make sense.
Let in the cold breeze,
the one that comes from nowhere
but makes all your hair
stand on end.
Pinball mind,
hushhhhhhhh.
Let your stomachshouldersthroat
do the thinking for once.
When the overwhelming comes
don't stop or box it up.
Just be there where it hurtslongsheals.
It will teach you how to cope (and how to feel)
